If I understand correctly, you have a subscription for Magix Video Pro X and you want someone on a user forum to cancel your subscription. No one here can do that.

Did you bother to read the terms and conditions for a subscription, including how to cancel? No? If you had, then you would know how to cancel your subscription.

Then I suggest that you do so now. Surely you are able to do a little bit of searching yourself.

Hello, Welcome

email infoservice@magix.net and tell them you wish to cancel your subscription. Cancellation will take effect exactly one month from the date on which Magix receive your email.

If another payment becomes due between the date that you send your notice of cancellation and the date, one month later, when the cancellation actually occurs, you will be charged that additional payment.
