Using the PC-hardware and cable connections in combination with the separately bought Mac software on my Intel Mac i3 is produce nothing but coloured stripes and distorted noise, even though it is recording.

On my PC, naturally combined with the PC-software version of my rescue your video tapes,  the capturing is running smoothly.

Any idea  about why so, and if this fundamental failure could be somehow solved?

ik heb, mag ik toch aannemen de nieuwste Mac-"Red uw video tapes" software zojuist op een cd van Magix.de ontvangen. Of werkt de oudere video-USB stick niet voor de Mac. Ik gebruik op de Mac geen windows maar nieuwste OS-X.
