midi keyboard connection

semantoya schreef op 19.07.2014 om 14:50 uur

after a long latency I would like to connect my Roland d5 keyboard throught the cakewalk um-1g connector to magix music maker 15 premium.

However I don't know how to do this. I think technically all works fine, but probably I don't get the settings right of the D5 or MM15p

Somebody out there who can help me?

This is the Dutch section of magix.info. Please put your question in the Dutch language or place it on the UK section.

I use an midi USB interface that copples my very old Casio keyboard (1988) to my laptop Asus (windows 7).

So from midi plug-ed in tot my laptop via USB.

In the settlngs of any version of Music Maker (I use 2013 en 2015) you can select  the input device.

In my case it is the E-MU XMIDI 1 x 1 USB MIDI interface.

It gives works and gives no latency.
