Sorry, I don't speak Dutch. A Favicon feature is included in Web Designer 7, not in 6. But you can create a graphic icon and upload it to your web hoster with an FTP program. See for example: http://www.wallpaperama.com/forums/how-to-put-an-icon-on-your-browser-url-address-bar-favicon-ico-t373.html
