Have both versions 2021 and 2022 on the same pc

I installed Music Maker 2022 on my notebook where I didn't have my version of MM 2021 Premium installed. After I logged into my Magix account, the program downloaded most of the features of the 2021 Premium version.
Now I would like to install MM 2022 on my desktop pc where I have MM Premium 2021 but without uninstalling the latter and leaving them both.
How should I proceed?

I answer myself so that I can help other users as well.
It is not possible to install the 2021 version and the new 2022 version togheter because the latter uninstalls the former and, in my view, 2021 is more stable at the moment.
