I have a problem with vegas pro, I have a version purchased on May 5th 2021 but I am having problems opening the program.

I tried to uninstall and install several times, I tried to remove the antivirus but the writing always comes out

"An online connection could net be established. Please make sure your computer is correctly connected to the internet. A firewall may also be blocking access"

How can I solve?
