The earth can be seen on the horizon. The landing is just the beginning of a long journey through the "Valley of the Spheres" together with other similar ones, where everything is possible, where nothing is probable. But what is the ultimate goal?
We do not know ... Although the body is that of an elephant, you get on a carriage. There are no horses. To cross the lake we rely on a flying fish capable of carrying the carriage on its back.
Are we there? No, just an intermediate stop in a haunted house not very reassuring. Aren't entities too scary? Then go to the Witchwood Forest and it takes a lot of courage to cross it. ITALIANO: IL TEMA DELL’ALBUM
Fidarsi o non fidarsi di bere un drink di un bel colore, che non si sa però cosa sia ?...
Al primo sorso non succede nulla… Poi… incredibilmente ci si ritrova ad avere la proboscide… molto peso… sopra ad una barca, su di un mare sorvolato da minacciosi uccelli preistorici…
All’orizzonte si intravede la terra. Lo sbarco è appena l’inizio di un lungo cammino attraverso la «Valle delle Sfere» assieme ad altri simili, dove tutto è possibile, dove nulla è probabile. Ma quale è la meta finale ?
Non si sa… Malgrado il corpo si quello di un elefante si sale in carrozza. Non ci sono cavalli. Per attraversare il lago ci si affida ad un pesce volante in grado di trasportare la carrozza sul dorso.
Siamo arrivati ? No, solo una sosta intermedia in una poco rassicurante casa dei fantasmi. Le entità non fanno troppa paura ? Allora si va nella foresta di Witchwood e per attraversarla occorre avere veramente molto coraggio. Il gatto-radice ti può aiutare ad evitare i morsi del topo-volpe, le punture delle spine delle rose-morte, ma gli ostacoli creati dagli spiriti degli alberi li devi superare senza aiuto…
Fuori dal bosco… il gatto-radice ti ha dato l’indizio… Devi raggiungere un villaggio, ma prima devi uscire da un labirinto che riserva molte sorprese…
Finalmente… il villaggio. Bisogna andare nel monastero e trovare il passaggio magico perché varcarlo può significare la salvezza, la fine del viaggio, uscire dal corpo dell’elefante… Tornare alla normalità…
Alla normalità… Ma siamo proprio sicuri ?
