Hello Friends,

For the first time in my life, I did a one hour mix live. It was fun !!

The eigth edition of the Space Music Festival organized by MITS inspired me. I really like space music I had fun doing a fake DJ concert of 1 hour. I took over the vast majority of my music where we find a space music atmosphere inspiration, to present them or remake the parts of the music where we find ambient space synthesizers. Bonjour ....

Un peu plus d'une heure réunissant dans ce concert virtuel, presque 14 ans de musique .... C'est audacieux, et je m’aperçois que l'évolution est au rendez-vous .... Que d'eau passée sous les ponts, mais tu sembles avoir gardé un certain dynamisme, et toujours ta créativité .... Que cette nouvelle année te soit tout aussi musicale.

J'avais prévisualisé la version préparatoire que vous m'avez envoyée par e-mail et j'ai grandement apprécié. Aujourd'hui, j'ai trouvé le temps de me plonger dans l'écoute de ce fabuleux concert qui donne vraiment vie à des atmosphères spatiales et live. Un excellent travail avec des sons fantastiques. Un résultat vraiment spécial. Je pense que vous le mettrez également sur Youtube. Cependant, à la fin de ce mois, je prépare un article sur Events Jazz Newsletter pour ce concert qui mérite vraiment attention et écoute.

Sandro Glavina is an italian composer, named L'Uomo e L'Ombra. The choice of the name derives from the title of the album "L'uomo e l'ombra" of the band "Abstract Music Nuova Esistenza", an experimental group founded by Sandro Glavina together with his friends in the mid-70s.

In the period 2009-2022, L'Uomo e L'Ombra has done 84 albums. The compositions of Sandro Glavina are partly influenced by progressive rock. Sandro has developed a personal style with many experimentations and actualizations. He offers music beyond borders by intertwining different styles in crossover with each other. Prog, psychedelia, classical, post-rock, jazz, pop are some of the influences that dissolve in ambient atmospheres, citations of contemporary music and minimalist nuances. Sandro Glavina aka L'Uomo e L'Ombra plays the music using VSTI synthesizers, keyboards and adds some loops.
