Why has Magix started a pay hotline number and then dont answer the phone

Magix is a disgrace; you buy the software and then have to call them to activate if you format a machine and I have formatted many many times since buying Magix. The call costs money and time, effort and enervement and now you have to pay €12.99 just to speak to someone, there is a long procedure of buying and entering a code and even then after all that they are not available.

Why activate with phone? it's very easy with Internet and you don't pay.

Well I would but it doesnt work. Probably because I've activated so many times and Magix have to reset the limit.

I am sorry you were unable to get through, we have had some logistical problems this past week and that has affected both our Email and Telephone support.

 

The pay for support vouchers are only for technical problems. With program activations, installation issues or codec activations these can be performed for free by contacting the Sales department.

 

I would recommend to contact the Sales department appropriate for your country and they will be able to help you with this.

 

Also, can I ask why you are formatting so much? Typically, Windows rarely requires to be formatted and it will be problematic with many software products, which also use a limited activation system.
