Dear Ralf,

I have tried to apply your instructions, following your advices from ticket [Ticket#2023101517001146].

For uninstallation, I have not founded a link within the AcidFolder and thus operated with the conventional "uninstall" option on the parameters portal/programs of win10.


Then launching, I rapidly had a window saying "not able to uninstall - Windows error package type 2540", or something like this.

I have also tried to make a new installation, but a message saying "ACID Pro 11 already exists" appears.

Do you have any advice ?

If you have problems uninstalling, try the Windows troubleshooter.
