One of my products is not in my account

Hello,

I want to download again Vegas 16 which was in my account 2 years ago with its number but now is just disappeared. When I try to add it with the number I kept I receive the answer that it always was registered; therefore it should appear in the list of my products; but it does not.
How can I have the installation package again?

This is not possible, if you use the same email adress that was used during the first registration process.

The issue is not the registration process: the product should have remained in my list as I already registered it; the product is no longer in my products list in my account; how can I access it again to download it, this is the issue.
I have the right to use it on two computers. The other products are in the list, just this one is no longer in it as it was.

Hi,

What DéDé is saying is that you must have registered it with a different email address. That would mean that you have 2 accounts. Is this the case?

Your problem is very strange, unless you have two accounts as John assumes!
