downloadable file?

Hello,
I would like to insert a downloadable file on my website. I've tried with a pdf file. OK ! it can be opened but no directly downloadable. How can I proceed? Magix is very poor for that because all you published is "objects".

Je voudrais insérer un fichier téléchargeable mais cela ne fonctionne pas. J'ai essayé avec un fichier pdf. Il s'ouvre d'accord mais il est impossible de faire 'enregistrer sous..." Merci de me dire comment procéder avec magix website car c'est très pauvre à ce sujet. merci pour votre aide.

Hello,

if a file, which you have add as a downlaod-link, will be directly opened or not depends not on magix. but if the pc from your guests open a file which is not connected directly to a programm on the guests computer then the download-dialog will be shown. by the way it is more comfortable then then file open directly in pdf-reader oder webbrowser. Solution: Compress your files to an archive like .ZIP or .RAR. the the guest can it download directly.
