I bought audio cleaning lab in 2016. Since that time I cancelled my email and started a new one. I lost password to access Magix portal. So I created a new account on Magix portal because I could not reset password - mail is sent to old un-usable email.

I want to tranfer Audio cleaning lab to a new PC but when I try to activate the software it tells me the key is registered with another email - the one I cancelled. How can I re-assign my serial number to my new account? Or merge old and new Magix accounts ?
