Hello everyone, I need som help here.

I just purchased the program VEGAS Movie Studio 16 Platinum, but when I iniciate the installer the download doesn't start, I tried download the installer again in different languages but it does not work, I have windows 10 so it shouldn't be a problem, does someone have an idea of what could be happening?
