Kathyjuan non è una band, ma piuttosto un incredibile tuttofare artista da Siviglia”. Bene, l’abbiamo capito, Juan Isidoro è come Giovida, come Luigi Alessi, come.. Mike Oldfield (una intera band in uomo solo), insomma come la maggior parte degli amici che abbiamo già presentato qui su Eventi Jazz. Juan infatti suona la chitarra elettrica, il basso, la chitarra acustica, la chitarra spagnola, le tastiere (e canta pure). In passato ha suonato con molti gruppi, ora gli piace suonare in piccoli club, collaborando con altri artisti. La musica è la sua passione, e fa musica per suo piacere.

Il talentuoso Juan, ovviamente non solo suona, ma compone la musica. Musica molto piacevole da ascoltare, melodica e marcatamente latin-sound ed inevitabilmente i suoni delle chitarre sono predominanti. Apprezziamo così “La musa”, “Necesita saber”, “Jardin 09”, “Rencuentro” e ci scioglie il cuore in particolare “Save me 2010” dove la chitarra elettrica vola stupendamente in chiave rock-blues e pure “Con-fusion II” ha in sé una stupenda atmosfera. Ma è difficile scegliere il miglior brano di Kathyjuan perché tutti sono molto belli e nell’ascoltarli tutti di fila è come se avessimo assistito ad un grande concerto…

P.S. Now I am talking very critical: I think the refrain is good, but to simple for a real hit, it is lacking a certain something (a little melody line that goes up). Do not get me wrong for here it is still a fat 5*

Passt alles wirkilch für mich perfekt. Leider kann ich nur 5 Sterne verteilen, obwohl es weit aus mehr hätten sein müssen. Bezogen auf andere 5 Sterne Songs. Aber dafür sind mein jetzt hier, extra helle Sternenriesen
