I've installed the Video converter Programm (Videoretter V /)but including "USB Videowandler 2" Drivers, but the Screen remains dark.
Computer System: Windows 7 Service pack 1, 64 bit, all updates done.
USB ports: Printer connected but Switched off, scanner removed, mouse and keybord connected, one external HD connected to USB 3.0 in Stand-by.

USB grabber can be seen on device Manager (activated) Driver: Magix Technology, 5.12.620.706
Audio Driver: USB 28286 devíce, 6.1.7601.18208 (Microsoft, 12.07.2013)
Program and drives installed with grabber disconnected
Program and Driver several times removed and newly installed.

I can open the program, but the Signal from the Video camera (Video 8, conneced via yellow and red cinch cable, Signal is available with the same cable on TV) is not recognized and converted, corresponding Screen in prgram remains dark.

Connecting the USB grabber to the USB port it shortly flashes red, then remains dark.

When I Switch of the PC and during booting, USB grabber LED is red but then again remains dark. Pushing the button, nothing happens with the program and the Status of the grabber or its LED.

I don't know how to proceed further ,
