How to take sun glare out?

Hey, I have one more question, I have a bit of sun glare in one of my videos, is there any way to reduce it even a little. (I use movie edit pro plus 15)

In MEP15 go to Effects > Videoeffects > Brightness. Try to adjust brigthness or do it in combination with the other effects until you get an acceptable result.
