hopefully someone might be able to help. I'm new in using the premium software and I made my way through the program and except little bits it was running ok. Until the Patch Update. After that the program starts but then it reaches the inactive state and I can only close it by the task manager. I changed already bits to find the reason on my own.

1.run the program as the admin

2.run the compatible prove by windows

3.changed the value of work space

4.Uninstal + Install old version from 2018 -- does work

5.Unistal old version, download the program again, installed it again -- again it doesn't work

The windows version is 8.1 with 6RAM. There is a lot of free space on the drive and the task manager shows me not more than 40% CPU capacity used. The program starts and as long as I am not automatically logged in I can press buttons, such as new project. As soon as I am logged in, it is not possible to press any button. Of course I logged myself completly off and started the program. After taking ages for the "update Store information" I can't do anything.

Is here someone being able to help. That would be wonderful.
