The two fonts I use regularly via the media text tabs are not working anymore and are handled the same way .otf are handled by Vegas Pro (I can see the way they are supposed to look like in the customization pannel but won't work in the preview window).

This is totally new since these fonts always worked just fine and all my templates are made the media text way and that is way switching to the legacy text way would really bother me since I would have to re-do everything again from scratch (and I don't want to do that)

Has anyone ever encountered this issue before? Is there even a way to fix it?

NB: I use a legit version of Vegas 14, not a crack so it is definilty an issue with the software itself (these fonts work fine in other editing softwares)
