It says that proDAD Mercalli V2 is included with Pro X. I can't find it as only Vegas stabilization show up. Where is proDAD Mercalli V2? Thank you in advance.

Which version of Video Pro X (VPX) are you referring to?
Mercalli v2 is several years old - the current version that comes with VPX 13 is Mercalli v5.

My version is the current one, brand new. I can't find Mercalli anywhere. Could you lead me in the right direction or do I need to reinstall Pro X?

VPX 13 does not have the Mercalli 2 plugin - it comes with the Mercalli v5 plugins as shown below:
Note: - the RT version of the Mercalli plugin is a 'Real Time' version of the stabiliser, ie it calculates the stabilisation movements and zoom necessary 'live' as the playback progresses and depending on the video clip resolution it is applied to, and your computer spec, you may encounter playback issues.
IMHO, the stabilisation is not as good as the Pro plugin which analyses the whole clip prior to applying the stabilisation.

Did you download and install the second part of the program that includes templates, more effects etc?
Check you order confirmation email to see if there is a Prodad Mercalli unlock code - it will consist of 7 sets of 4 characters eg AAAA-BBBB-CCCC-DDDD-EEEE-FFFF-GGGG.
Vegas stabilisation will do the job, however it does zoom in more aggressively than Mercalli.

Hi Jack.
In the effects section there are icons of the various third party plugins to download once the program is up and running. Use the download button to the right of the selected plugin to download the plugin and use that area to apply the supplied activation code. The ProDad Vitascene plugin should contain the effects you need.

Looks as if I do not have the full program. JohneBacker says to check the email. lol..that was a few months ago..here is what I get when trying to use the plug in..

No-one is telling you to re-install the program.
You are being asked if you downloaded all the content packs.
Look under the programs help section.
