Not able to complete purchase after trial

Hello,

I was ready to purchase Video Deluxe after trial period, but there is an error message and the payment doesn't go through. It says to switch cards (which I won't do, because, this is my business card) or to contact customer service, which I am doing at the moment. What can be done to fix this?
