Problems Importing *.MOD files and making DVDs

Hi.. if I buy the complete Video Deluxe 16 version will it be able to download *.mod files for editing? The trial version couldn´t. I have a Windows VISTA BASIC.
Also, once I import those files and do the editing, when a put them on a DVD will they have the same extension file and also the same quality?

In order to convert the Mod files (actually they are MPEG-encoded), you should just import them into your program and then export them out in MPEG format(basically in a DVD). Of course the VDL 16 Premium will support these kind of files. You can try the Trial version contained in the Magix Website.
