Algunas características cambiaron en la nueva versión. Si su problema es que falta la barra de selección de tono en la parte superior de la ventana del arreglo, puede volver a habilitarla en el menú Ver > Arreglos.

Some features changed in the new version. If your problem is the missing pitch selection bar at the top of the arranger window you can re-enable it under the View > Arranger menu.
