@vanway In the Object Editor go to the FX tab. In the Automation area on the right side select your plugin and select the parameter that controls the dry/wet/mix amount and draw a curve. If the plugin doesn't have a parameter like this, then it isn't possible and you would need to automate an AUX bus.
