Christine, this is an excellent work of yours and I did Enjoy it and as a friend Please let me joke around.... Less salt in your food may help with your BPM and as for my ears it went in and stayed there to enjoy (no joke) but I had to take extra Metoprolol plus a double dose of Amlodipine to calm me down.
