Hello dear MAGIX community.
I haven't uploaded a track for quite some time now (compared to my previous pattern, at least).
The reasons are manifold and not all are good. I did a lot of instrumental creations and I do like them all but my current credo is "No instrumental offerings if possible".
So...I did this pretty cool Hip Hop Track after watching "Straight Outta Compton" which gave me the push for rhythms and the rest pretty much came by itself. Whilst the instrumental stood I wanted to have fitting vocals in it. While Martin and I certainly still collaborate (he's my mate - nothing's gonna change that), I wanted to finish something off and looked deep into the available accapellas at Looperman.
And I found something. Something big. Something pretty unique to fit that Hip Hop style with a force to reckon with.
K19 did his splendid "This ain't for everybody" rap vocals in 2014 and Patricia Edwards, a brilliant singer, is featured with three of her offerings: "Is it worth it - Hook", "Lookadat" and "Welcome to my world".
I surely hope you are into Oldschool Hip Hop rhythms as this piece kicks it loud and clear. Two alternating musical patterns give this song some relaxing and some pushing moments.
The music as such is pure Midi made - except for the vocals there is no single sample used.
I hope you enjoy this latest offering and I would appreciate if you could let me have your feedback after listening to it. To say it with Patricia's words: Is it worth it?
All the best to you all,
NorbertSN
