Empty houses, the wind blows cold, rain comes, but the gypsy are not allowed to seek shelter in these houses, they are chased away by the police and the doors and windows are bricked up.

These people stand on a hill and look down on these houses. A fire burns and a guitar starts playing a melody, a young man sings accusatory songs. And yet this song strengthens these people, who clap their hands rhythmically.
