Is your problem that the software is already registered to a different e-mail? Usually you need to contact the second hand seller and tell them to unregister the software from the old user account. If this is not possible you can try and ask support at infoservice@magix.net to help you to change the serial to your user account. But be aware that support cannot do this in every case. Send them all your information like sales proof, pictures if your hardware and so on.
