I have an old version of Samplitude that works with an old preferred soundcard. The soundcard does not work with a modern version of Samplitude. I registered this version years ago. The serial number in the download email now comes up as invalid.
There is no Samplitude 15. Are your talking about Samplitude Music Studio 15 or 2015? Which operating System are you using? If you use Windows 10 then I don't think that version 15 will run. It is really old.
Hello, You are correct. I purchased Samplitude Music Studio 15 online from Magix. I am running it on older Windows but the issue is the serial number does not work for online validation.

Did you reinstall the software or why would it tell you that the serial number is invalid? What error message are you getting?
I did reinstall the software due to changing computers. I do not know why it says the serial is invalid. That is why I am here. After installation I click on activation and cut and paste the serial number contained in the purchase email and it displays a different serial number even if I cut and paste. Then, it says it is invalid.
Also, the registration page for my Magix account says it is not a valid serial number.
When you look under "My Products" in your account there should be an entry of your version 15 with the serial. The serial should look like P-11111-22222-33333-44444-55555 or P2-11111-22222-33333-44444-55555-66666
If your serial number from your download mail looks like that it should work.
