Ich muss einem Freund in USA einen Downloadlink für ein Video von mir senden. Er wird es auf dem PC speichern und via USB Stick am TV ansehen.
Meine Frage ist, muss ich etwas speziell beachten bei der Filmeinstellung und Programmeinstellung vor dem Export (PAL oder NTSC). Normal ist ja alles PAL bei uns aber nach USA habe ich noch nie ein Video gesandt.

In welchem Format ist dein Quellmaterial ?
Normalerweise spielen moderne TV Geräte die meisten Formate in AVCHD (H264) (filename.MP4) ab.
1920X1080 mit 25FPS, 30FPS , 50FPS und 60FPS im MPEG2 Kontainer gehen auch.
Dann kommt es halt darauf an mit welcher Qualität du den Film renderst.
Je besser desto größer deine Datei und desto länger dauert das hochladen ins Netz.
Da ist halt die Frage wie groß darf maximal die Datei sein die du auf deinem Online - Speicher hochladen kannst.

Die Quelle ist ein MP4 video mit FHD, 25 FpS. Ob mein Freund einen modernen TV hat ( jünger als 10 Jahre?) weiss ich nicht. Aber wenns nicht funktioniert, kann er doch das Video am PC ansehen.
Ich mache jetzt ein gleiches Video in PAL. Zeit fürs Hochladen spielt keine Rolle. Mein Uploadserver nimt bis 50GB gratis, aber so gross ist mein Video nie.

Hello, I don't know if you live in the USA, but if so, maybe someone can answer this question for me.
Does it still make a difference on television sets purchased in the USA if I want to play MP4 files exported in PAL NORM (25 FPS) with Magix via a USB stick or does it have to be in NTSC NORM 30/60 FPS?

Just tried a 25fps file that was converted from 50 to 25fps and it worked fine on my TV. The source file at 50fps was rejected. I exported from VPX using the preset MP4 FullHD 1920x1080 with 25fps. Note that there is no mention of PAL or NTSC.
