Hallo
Beim Einfügen von MP4 Dateien erhalte ich folgende Fehlermeldung:
MXMPEG2 Error 0801: cannot initialize Intel decoder
Ich verwende Photostory 2018 und Windows 10.

Analysiere mal die Datei mit Mediainfo, stelle auf Text und kopiere ds Ergebnis hier ein.
Du könntest dann noch den Updatestandvon Photostory angeben sowie den Updatestand von win 10

Deine MP4 hat als Audio PCM, das funktioniert so nicht.
Zieh fir XMediaRecode, beim Format wählst du mp4, bei Video KOPIEREN, bei Audio AAC, dann Job hinzufügen, nun erhälst du ein Video das funktioniert.
Ich frag mich nur worher kommt dieses Video, da hat wieder mal wer die Welt neu erfunden, PCM und dann Stereo, für was frag ich mich.😴
