I can not find the missing download content that includes the templates and effects.
I have tried going through the help menu, but the only thing available to download under "Free Downlaods" is the Introductory video. I've also tried looking through the Downloads section on the website, but the only thing I can find is the newest patch. I have "Movie Edit Pro MX Download Version 11.0.4.4 (UDC2)".

For this one, I would suggest that you log a support ticket with Magix as they are much more able to tell you how to re-create the missing "data base files" than I am. I had a similar problem with another Magix product, logged a support ticket and had a very comprehensive answer in about a day or two. Since you asked the question about 3 days ago and have not received an answer from this forum, that might be the most effective way to solve this problem.
