Microphone or Guitar Effects Not Working Properly??

Hi, I am hoping that your Support Team might be able to help me with my strange problem. I have recently had to reinstall my Windows 10 Desktop computer due to a major issue with Windows 10 Updates. I have a Magix Subscription for both Samplitude Music Studio 2021 and Samplitude X5, both of which were working without issue prior to reinstallation of Windows 10., but since I have had to reinstall my software., I have an issue with both Samplitude versions, in that my Guitar Effects and Microphone/Vocal effects are not working?? In spite of both Guitar and Microphone signals being received clearly in all Magix Applications. Even in Vandal-SE, the guitar registers in the signal LED's and also in the Tuner?!!? But I cannot hear any Effects coming through??? When I select a Stomp Effect such as Hellfire Distortion or Chorus., it appears with lights on, but I cannot hear Any Effects????!

My Guitar goes through a Behringer UMC404HD Audio Device to my Computer., and I also have a separately connected Alessis USB 8 channel USB mixer connected, along with ASIO4All installed, yet NOTHING SEEMS TO ALLOW ANY EFFECTS TO BE HEARD??!!.., in spite of all my hardware connections working with other software applications., and so I have no reason to doubt my connections or installations. I am also a seasoned musician and have been working with Magix Software for well over ten years now.

However., in spite of my Guitar showing clearly within Samplitude Music Studio (& in X5), Vandal SE that it is clearly sending its signal through to both the Track Editor and to Vandal SE., I cannot seem to get any of the Stomp Effects to work with my Guitar??

Also, the Microphone., which can be plugged into my computer either via an Alessis 8-track USB Mixer , or via the UMC404HD Audio Device, I have also tried my guitar through to the same non-result, but is also not able to be used with any effects such as Reverb or Echo???

I am unable to make the Samplitude Volume controls work with my guitar and microphone., even though the volume LED meters are clearly showing activity., and yet, it all works with the irig35 keyboard (midi/usb), and all effects work with the keyboard input okay, and without any issue?!

I have also installed ASIO4ALL which I am also very familiar with, but also does not seem to make any difference to my Samplitude problems.

This is a problem that I have never come across before in over ten years of working with Magix.com's Audio Software Products., and it is most frustrating and somewhat bewildering?!

Can anyone help me to try and reoslve these issues with Samplitude please??

Is there something within the Windows 10 Registry Settings that I should be checking for??

Thanks in Advance,

Reagrds,

Adey2k

@adey No problem, please make screenshots of all your audio settings. This would be very helpful for us to find a solution. Maybe it is just some checkbox that must be clicked.
