Hallo!

Nachdem ich meine Login-Daten eingegeben hatte, zeigte mir das Programm dieses Fenster mit allen Alben in meiner Online Welt.

Wie weit kommst du?

wenn ich mich eingeloggt habe bekomme ich fast die gleiche Seite wie du, nur etwas farblos und nach 1 Minute wird das Programm geschlossen, wird es helfen wenn ich das Fehlerprotokoll welches ich nach den Neustart erhalte hier einfüge?

Da ist gar keine Community "Online Welt" ausgewählt.

Dazu zuvor in diesen Pfad gehen:

und den Ordner

Online

mit einem X-Zusatz umbenennen:

OnlineX

damit die Installation den ganzen Ordner neu anlegt und auch alle Dateien  wie die

magixofa_u.dll

neu schreibt. Diese ist ja mehrfach falsch im Arbeitsspeicher angesprochen worden ("ACCESS_VIOLATION").

Schalte die Firewall und den Virenscanner vorher ab!

habe es mit der Reparatur versucht, leider gleiches Fehlerbild. Habe dann einfach mal den Ordner "Online" aus Video Deluxe 2013 premium kopiert und in dem 2014er kopiert. Es kam der Hinweis "versuchen sie es zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt'"
