encodieren, Fehler im Modul ntdll.dll

Beim encodieren eines Filmes kommt es wiederholt zu der oben genannten Fehlermeldung. Der Fehler tritt unregelmäßig auf, d.h., ein anderer Film oder Teile des Problemfilmes ließen sich fehlerlos encodieren.

Mein Studieren verschiedener Foren hatte bisher nur ein Ergebnis: der Fehler tritt meisens, und seit Jahren schon, im Zusammenhang mit der Magix-Software auf; so offenbar auch auf meinem System, denn dieselben Dateien des Filmes lassen sich mit anderen Programmen (VLC, Moviemaker) ohne die oben genannten Probleme bearbeiten.

 

Kann mir jemand eine Erklärung geben?

Hallo Afra. Leider machst Du keine Angaben zu Deinem System und welche MAGIX Version.

Eventuell ist Windows nicht korrekt instaliert.

Bei der Datei „ntdll.dll“ handelt es sich um eine von Microsoft entwickelte Datei, mit der Beschreibung einer DLL-Datei auf NT-Ebene. Diese Datei enthält die NT-Kernel-Funktionen. Die Datei befindet sich unter „C:\Windows\System32“ oder „C:\Winnt\System32“ oder im Verzeichnis „C:\i386“.

Diese Datei wurde im Microsoft Security Bulletin MS03-07 vom 17. März 2003 als kritisches Sicherheitsrisiko gekennzeichnet. Wenn Sie alle Aktualisierungen Ihrer Windows-Version installiert haben, sollte dieses Sicherheitsrisiko für Ihren Computer nicht von Belang sein.

Bei der Datei „ntdll.dll“, die in Microsoft Windows enthalten ist, handelt es sich nicht um Spyware, einen Trojaner oder einen Virus. Wie jede Datei auf Ihrem Computer kann Sie jedoch durch einen Virus oder einen Trojaner beschädigt werden. Antivirenprogramme können diese Datei erkennen und bereinigen, wenn sie infiziert wurde. Da diese Datei zu Windows gehört, sollte der Benutzer diese nicht entfernen oder löschen, wenn er der Meinung ist, dass sie infiziert ist. Diese Aufgabe sollte von einem Antivirenprogramm übernommen werden.

Nach einigen weiteren Versuchen wie De- und Neu-Installation der magix-software, einem memtest, löschen einiger anderer Programme, ausführen einer Systemreparatur mit einem entsprechenden Datenträger und schließlich der Rückgriff auf eine Sicherungeskopie vom April d. J. - gab es erneut diese Fehlermeldung! Aber ich geb ja nicht auf!! Inzwischen läuft es tatsächlich!! Ohne Fehler!! 

Warum? 

Der Film besteht ursprünglich aus 13 Dateien à ca. 1GB. Die ersten vier Teile sind vorgestern schon encodiert worden (da funktionierte es auch). Im Moment werden die Teile 9 - 13 encodiert (in 8 Min fertig)

Der Fehler tritt bei 5 - 8 auf; und immer wieder! Ich vermute deshalb, das eine der vier oder alle vier Datei(en) korrupt ist/sind.

Kann man das prüfen? Abspielbar sind sie jedenfalls mit allen Programmen!

Lösung:

tatsächlich hat sich herausgestellt, dass sich nur die 5. Datei nicht encodieren ließ. Ich habe sie mit dem "Free Video Converter" in eine .mp4 - Datei umgewandelt und dann in den Film eingefügt.

(Schade, dass Magix beim Importieren die Dateien nicht generell auf solch schwerwiegende Fehler prüft, dann darauf hinweist und ggf. selbst eine Lösung anbietet)
