i got music maker 15 for xmas and have had a few issues.

firstly i kept getting the error could not load lug in vita..and most of the sounds that obviously use vita would simply not work.

i then bought and installed the soundpool 15 dvd and the sounds now work, however i still do not have vita at the bottom of the screen where it says synthesisers.

i have tried to add synth and can find vita on the window that opens up but still it does not appear.

i emailed support straight away and they sent me a system check, which i completed and sent straight back. 2 weeks have now passed with me sending more emails (and yes with the ticket number in the subject line) and i have still not heard anything back.

so any ideas would be welcome and as i titled this post is customer service/support allways this bad? if so i think its on to ebay with music maker and on to fl studio i go :(

No, no problems here. Got answers quite fast and always nice and helpful.

The answer is Yes, the service and helpdesk is W-O-E-F-U-L.

Can't load Vita instruments (got the Vita error but no idea how to fix).

You could probably get more assitance from a magic 8 ball. I downloaded the Music Maker Premium trial and when it opens up there are no sound pool objects to work with and I keep getting a "cant load Vita" error. Not good for a potential customer. Then I came here (the forums) to find help and all I see is customers trying to help other customers with no sign of an offical company support represenative. Again, not good for a potential customer.

I've given up on Magix. They have great idea's and concepts but it's all poorly executed. Communication to your customers is a vital part of business. Obviously something Magix doesn't rate as a priority.
