Go and dispute claim and clearly mention that you got permission to use it(if magix allowed you).

and youtube will clear your video. This is what I do and it works fine. I do not use Movie Edit pro though.

Before you file dispute please check if the audio in ME Pro 17 can be used on youtube. Always follow copyrights.

I have been informed by Magix that music and video supplied by them is for private use only, here is the license text that came with the program.

6 USE OF THE MUSIC, VIDEO AND PHOTO FILES
The music, photo and video files included in the MAGIX products may be used only for non-commercial purposes (exclusively for private purposes). Commercial use constitutes receipt of financial benefits through direct or indirect use of the files (through sale, licensing, ad banners, etc.)

All though the use was not commercial by me putting it on YouTube is public and I am not allowed to do this for the music is only for private use. I have to say that I will not be buying another product from Magix. I DO NOT LIKE HAVING THE WOOL PULLED OVER MY EYES. When buying the product and I have several from MAGIX I had no warning that the music supplied by them was copyrighted. I find it disgusting that software that is not cheap has inserted into it copyright music, and an upload to YouTube button. It seams to me they want people to break the copyright !!!

Maybe because of this in the license :

7. COMPENSATION FOR DAMAGES:
MAGIX is entitled to proprietary and copyright protection for the licensed software as well as the music and video files. Anyone responsible for any violations against such rights may be sued by MAGIX.

Please note that music maker 17 has the very same license. 

Well sorry I spent all my money buying your software

What I would ask of Magix is to stop placing copyright music into their music making programs if you do that then maybe it will be a safe program to use for the general public that want to make video with music and place it up onto YouTube

I can understand your feelings. I think Magix License terms are not cleared.

I know one user, she asked Magix if it is ok to upload a video on youtube using Magix Music Maker 17 and the answer was yes, (private use is OK commercial use is not)

I think you should ask Magix by replying the same message you get, Can you upload music on youtube using ME Pro 17?

Why just try one last message and see.
