it says the file format cannot be read, please make sure the drive is not or write-protected.

and i dont understand what that means AT ALL!

Hello,

Do you only get this message for 3D titles or do you get it for all titles?

George

Just 3D titles, animated, lighting and different.

Hello Hannah,

I would suggest that you log a support ticket with Magix and be very clear that it is only the 3D titles, give them your system specs, and ask specifically how you can re-install the 3D titles.  I know the process is a little cumbersome, but I had a similar problem (not with 3D titles) but with some other content, and they were relatively quick to come back to me and tell me how to re-build the section that I was having problems with.

Good Luck,

George

ps. You have some really good photographs on your flickr site, you should publish them here on the "show and discuss" page

Hello Hannah,

Did you actually take my suggestion and log a support ticket?  I already referred Anirban to the same question that you asked and my response.  Anirban did what I suggested to you and he already got a response from Magix support telling him how to solve the problem.

I give you an answer, if you did act on it, you never let me know if it did or did not work and now your are telling another user with a similar problem that you are still are looking for an answer.  What is up with that?  You have the answer, log a support ticket.  You will get the same answer that Anirban got.  No one can wave a magic wand and make your problems go away.  These things happen, usually because the user has not taken the time or effort to keep their system running at peak performance.  Frequent registry cleaning, registry defragmenting, and hard disc maintenance are essential if you are using a windows operating system.

I don't work for Magix, and I don't provide answers unless I am pretty sure I know what I am talking about.
