I used the wrong email address when purchasing Magix photo deluxe. I don't own that other email. what can I do to have the product sent to my correct email?
Use that "wrong" email address to log into your Magix Account, go to User Details and correct your email address. Then go to My Products, where you should find your purchased software installer listed, along with the necessary serial key.
Do you have a Magix account, not a website account but one which indicates you have bought at least one Magix product? If so, under which email address?
No I do not. When I purchased the product they did not require that I have an account. Once I realized I gave the wrong email, I went on line and registered my information but I don’t have a serial number because I never received the original email. All I have is an order number which the website had me print.
Your only solution in this situation, I think, is to email sales@magix.net, ensuring you include the order number, the incorrect email address you gave and your correct email address. You will need to explain the full details of your problem and ask that they a) amend your email address on their records, and b) resend the email with the serial key and download instructions for the software.
