Commercial use of soundpool 16 and previous versions

I have read in one of the previous posts that soundpool versions 16 and prior can be used commercially without payment of any royalty.

1. Does that mean i can freely use my Magix Music Maker premium to publish music commercially (including offline album release, youtube etc using soundpool 14 and 16) without taking permissions from Magix?

2. Can i use soundpool17 that comes free with premium MMM for commercial use? Are there any extra costs for offline album release?

Thanks and apologies if the question sounds repetitive. Its not absolutely clear in previous posts.

Hi there,

1. That's correct. Those particular soundpools can be used commercially without the need for any commercial add-on license.

2. Starting in generation 17, you would need to purchase a commercial add-on license for any soundpool from Music Maker or from the soundpool collections that you wish to use commercially. You can do so via Catooh.com or ProducerPlanet.com.
