I work with a small production company and wondering if I can use the loops within magix or any additional purchased ones for commericical use ? Is there a licence that can be purchased to allow commerical use.

As you did not mentioned Music Maker version or soundpool you are interested in therefore, giving you a direct link from where you can buy commercial license for Loops or soundpools. Use the given link and on Catooh under Sounds & Fx you will find soundpool and loops. Click on the item you like and then check the license. If you got interested buy that.
