Hi

. . . . needed EPP, auth code, authorization key or transfer ID . . .

You don't. Update - a Transfer request form should be available on the Registration Providers web site for doing this, if not then you need a KK form – provider switch form.

Note the name of the Registration Provider shown on the Whois results for the domain name.

Dependng on the domain type, ie .com etc, you may have to use the correct Whois - this you can find in Google.

If the domain is one you purchased through Magix or any other domain seller and is not a subdomain, then you can transfer the domain name - usually for a fee - to which ever registrar or hosting provider you wish.

By My FTP site I suspect you are referring to your 'domain' ie somename.magix.net - this you cannot transfer - it is a subdomain belonging to magix.net. In this case you will have to purchase a proper domain name - some hosting poviders include one or more domain names in their hosting packages.

If you wish to talk hosting packages - PM me.
