Very unlikely - the software was released in 2009 - before Windows 7 so while the program may install and run it could have problems with some functionality not workig and/or the CD/DVD drive will not be recognised.

Best to update to the latest version to ensure full compatability.

Thanks for your answer. I thought already that Magix MP3 maker wouldn't be match with Windows 8.1, so I decided to buy Magix MP3 DeLuxe 18.
