Which version of Windows are you using?

Are you getting any error messages?

There may be an connection issue with MMM connecting to the required servers. Check that the following protocols are turned on in Internet Explorer, Internet options, Advanced tab

 

If you are on Windows 10, Internet Explorer is under Windows, Accessories on the start menu
