How do you redeem the voucher for the free +2000 sound pool?

I've got the latest version of Music Maker 18 Premium, so when I click on the Catooh icon inside MMM, a webpage opens and it says something like this, "Click Here to Redeem Your Voucher for the +2000 sound pool." So, I click on that and the +2000 sound pool is added to my shopping cart. I click continue and get to the page where I have to begin the payment process, and there is a place to add a coupon code. Well, I don't have the coupon code/Voucher. Where is that? Is it on the box, am I misssing some step or what?

I've been on the Internet for 15 years and am very computer savy and have not had such a problem in getting something accomplished that should be an easy 30 minutes or less. Instead, this has turned out to be and all day, hoop and hurdle thing, and I'm sure that if I'm having this problem, there are others having this same problem, so if someone could give step-by-step instructions this would be great. So, thanks in advance!!!!!

Hi

Pleased you now have your extras sorted.  Can you post what steps you had to take in this topic and your original post - it may help rgerb to get the extras.

Most of the Forum Moderators here are users like yourself, we are not employed by Magix, and our role is to help maintain the forum run in a respectful manner and organised so that other users can follow topics as easily as possible - that is why I requested all posts be put in your original question to give a continuous sequence of possible steps to try to solve the problem.

We appreciate how frustrating it can be when users suggestions here do not work and how time consuming it is trying to search for an item.

Cheers

John
