The way is to use Keyframe Animator. To use it needs some experience. Look in the handbook, and also Search for Keyframe under Tutorials, you will learn a lot.

You don't need to use the Keyframe Animator to zoom in on a title. You can simply apply one of the preset zoom effects with a click or a drag.

But you haven't said what product and version you're using?. In recent versions such as MEP16, MEP17and MEP MX Premium they are under Effects > Video Effects > Movement effects > Movement Templates. Choose Zoom In Center for a start, then experiment. Here's an example:
