I wanted to create activation codes and it ask for a computer ID.  I found the product ID on my windows vista and entered it but kept getting an incorrect responce.  Can someone tell me how to find my computer ID?  I right click 'computer', then properties and found product ID at the bottom of the screen.

This ID has nothing to do with whatever you will find on your computer. When the software prompts you to enter an activation code, there is an offline button, click it an then click on the "Service Center" option, there will be a code, this is the "computer id" you will have to enter to get the activation code.

Hello, try to do an exportation of whatever test video file into mp4 by the file menu, if the mpeg4 codec is not activated yet, the  software does prompt you to activate it, if it exports, then the mpeg4 is already activated.

So, can support chime in here? Hello? I have exactly the same problem and support seems to have 'taken the money and ran', so to speak.

I've followed every flippin instruction found on the site, support and everywhere else, to no avail.

Can this be finally fixed? Oh, Thanks for trying bubb2, doesn't work.
